action items

1. Regarding the read-out issue, Warwick will generate a report on the noise measurements,
and email to everybody to look at. He will keep on collecting more information for further review
by end Sep.

2. Regarding the SiGe approach, Warwick will get back to Fred as soon as he collect more information.

3. Regarding the connectors used for IF amplifiers, Leo will contact Militech to get both technical data and price.

4. Paul will collect the latest information relative to the InP HEMT wafer run , and send them to Bob to look at.
Bob and Fred will discuss how to prepare a letter to TRW for wafer run contract on Friday.

5. Jeff will talk to Neal Erickson to see whether he can offer us his best design of w-band LNA.

6. Huei, Fred, Robert Hu and Paul will have an offline discussion to plan manpower and budget for packaging and cold testing.

7. Bob, Mike, Jeff and Fred will have a telecon for discussing mount for prototype on this Friday.
